Class description

Hatha Flow

Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that “flow” with the breath. The flow involves moving from one posture to another with minimal rest in between. Modifications  provided for postures to invite accessibility as well as growth. Come connect to breath and go with the flow!

Gentle Flow

Is open to all levels of practice and abilities and is especially great for beginners or those searching for the therapeutic benefits of yoga. This soothing gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. The slow pace of this of this class allows you to enjoy each pose. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

Good Morning FLow

An energising way to start the day! A playful vinyasa yoga class ideal for the mornings. You will open up the body and help increase circulation. This vinyasa yoga class is a great way to make sure your day flows.

Yang Yin

Yang/Yin Yoga is a class that balances the traditional Yang yoga practice with the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the second half of class. This class provides you with a practice that begins with a dynamic and uplifting sequence that develops into a deep, introspective, and quiet practice.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.
